My name is Perri and I am thrilled to announce the launch of Inner Power Pilates, your newest destination for Pilates and Rehabilitation services in our beautiful town!
With a passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to empowering individuals on their journey to optimal health, I am excited to bring my expertise back to our community.
As a certified Pilates instructor and rehabilitation specialist, I offer a unique blend of Pilates-based exercises and guideline-based care to address a wide range of needs, from injury recovery to overall fitness enhancement.

Professional Work
I was first introduced to Pilates in 2002. After practicing Pilates for a few years, I was so inspired by the improvements Pilates gave me that I wanted to spread the word about this unique form of exercise. In 2005 I enrolled in my first Pilates Teacher Training. I worked for a time training local clients and operated an in-home studio (Inner Power Pilates) on the Emerald Coast.
In 2010, I embarked on another training program through Power Pilates to further pursue my education. After completing that certification, I opened Coastal Core Pilates on the Emerald Coast in Miramar Beach, Florida. I ran the studio until moving back to the Northeast. Life has come full circle as Inner Power Pilates (version 2) opens its doors!
